Mine do the same thing anytime it's around freezing (32F or lower). 40F or higher and they're usually fine. I think the cameras just aren't rated for the cold (you would think FCA would have thought of that/tested for that).

Mine glitches out (random black blotches/lines) anytime it's near or below freezing. Works fine in the summer. I don't think the cameras they use are rated for cold weather. Just like this:
