Distorted camera feed on my 2020. Any ideas why?

It's like this on all the surround cameras. Dealer replaced the rear one. No change.
Mine glitches out (random black blotches/lines) anytime it's near or below freezing. Works fine in the summer. I don't think the cameras they use are rated for cold weather.
