OP said he has Rebel. Rebel doesn't offer off road package because Rebel is off road truck as it is.

Duno what to tell you. I went on GMC site build my AT4 with options, then emailed it to 7 dealers and 4 comeback with identical offer +/_ few dollar, delivery end of August maybe September. Unless factory start spitting out truck sooner.

If you keeping your truck for 6 years or more buying 2020 will make more sense. I am one of those people never kept my cars and trucks more then 3 to 4 years. If you keep it for short period it is better to get the latest and greatest.
