Looking at some 2021s and wanted to see if someone could verify a few things:
1. Is blind spot/cross path detection in the Level 2 package or only a stand alone option? None of them have this option by itself, but with my 2019 and on the build sheet it is listed separate. I wonder if there is a...
My vote is YES, good deal/fair deal. I would say something like 57k would be a great deal, but 5k at this level isn't a significant difference. That is a really nice truck.
Where did you get the modules and ODB genie from? I am in the same situation you were in. Replaced mirrors only and am interested just adding heat personally. Don't care about the power fold but will take it. Any advice on achieving this and lessons learned is appreciated.
I don't think this is correct. He got the same mirrors I have and I verified those were the factory replacements one for a Rebel without tow mirrors, and they only come with the power folding mirrors. I personally have not tried to enable power fold, so I can't personally verify. I would bet...
Dealer can't enable these features anyway. Would have need ODB Genie if you can't get Tazer to work. Dealer can only enable things that come as a package and folding mirrors isn't a package or upgrade.
It matches the RAM letters on the grill and the wheels. I think the silver skid plate is a nice touch from the all black everywhere you see on a lot of cars/trucks. That all black Rebel looks kinda cool, but I think the original is better. I can see doing the skid plate in black actually, but I...
That's great to hear. May have to do that myself. The mirrors heat when the rear window defroster is turned on, right? Do the mirrors go on when you remote start?
I posted this a few pages back. Please read through the thread before skipping to the end and just asking. But, yes, you can. I did it exactly. New mirrors, puddle lights, and turn signal all worked with no other changes. Good luck.
I bought those lugs for my former #ALLBLACKJEEPGRANDCHEROKEE and they looked legit until they rusted. Probably 9-12 months after installation. Every time I had to rotate tires, the mechanics hated me because they were all locking lugs and required the key. The key is also a pain to use compared...
I have never heard of having the door switch panel without having the folding mirrors. It has always been (to my knowledge) the requirement to do the full replacement (mirrors, door panel, and modules). Easy way to figure it out is to check the modules of course, but you have to take the door...
I have been unable to get the heat to work on my new mirrors without using ODBGenie or Tazer. I have not tried to use those as I don't want to pay more than $100 for this. I don't believe it's that important. Your dealer will NOT be able to do it. Many have confirmed this. They can't add codes...
