You absolutely have the wrong module. That is a UDX module with NAV for mexico only. You should have a UAX radio part number 68422046AD. You see how close that number is. Someone fat fingered the number when ordering it. That module is also a lot more expensive than the one you have.
I highly recommend you use the oem cable that came with your phone. The radio update is covered under Max care service contracts and basic 3/36 warranty. That said the update may do nothing for this issue. It does not make sense they tried another phone and it worked but yours does not.
Just as guess but one of the usb ports may be defective. Try pulling the usb panel in the rear and unplug it from the vehicle wiring harness. See if the message goes away. Then if it is still there, unplug the usb cable from the radio module. See what happens
Code 20 means the update failed at the cell modem update section in the radio. It most likely rolled back to the software in the radio before it attempted to update. It may try again down the road. You can see what version you have to see if it actually did the update.
Clearly there were some bugs. It is odd the way some guys get updates and others do not. The ota updates only go to factory installed radios which I assume everyone knows.
I know it is not available from Chrysler for 2019 and 2020 vehicles. It is for 2021. It appears it does work as others have said. Just not official for 2019-2020. I guess roll your own dice. What is the advantage of this software anyway. If it updates the maps, it is definitely worth doing.
That rep may be right. When the Renegade came out in 2015, the vehicle had the exact issue you are complaining about. A software update to the PCM and the ABS module were required to fix it. Sounds like that may be similar to your problem. Don't know why it is isolated to only certain trucks...
You can have the vehicle programmed for 35 inch tires. need to pay Mopar service contract a $125.00 fee plus tech time to hook up witech and reconfigure vehicle. Probably $250.00 total. This is not covered by any warranty. It is an option. Whether your exact tire can be programmed, I am not sure...
Hope these work better than the stock units. I have a hard time keeping an internet connection, but I believe that is mostly due to AT&T sucks where I live. That is the carrier used.
68306857AA which is the wifi antenna. Also 68293977AA which is another cellular antenna. Then the 2 cables I think are 68402697AB and 68417547AA. You may need to double check and see if these cables are listed elsewhere on this site.
What generally happens is the dealer takes pictures, emails them to FCA, and they approve or deny coverage for the paint. My guess is since it is used and your pictures look like overspray, it will be denied. The dealer does not make that call. FCA does
