Depends on the dealer from i noticed. They all have their own flavors when they order them. I was worry some about this for two seconds, too. But then I remembered there’s something called ceramic tint and got it done. Plus I don’t leave the sunroof shades open typically. It’s worth the investment!

keep looking at RamTrucks website. Ensure the package selected is the “built to serve.” That’s how i found the dealer. Sometimes when it says “in transit,” it takes a few days to populate but it could be on the lot. I understand the pain of finding it and immediately it goes to sold. RamTrucks...

18.5% otd sounds good. Triple check to see if there aren’t rebates you’re missing. I just purchased my BTS, MSRP of 56,700 for $41,920 before TTL + freight in Virginia — Lustine in Woodbridge, Va). So a tad more of 26% off msrp. You should be able to get that, too. They even do dealer transfers...

BLUF 2020 Ram 1500 Big Horn Built-To-Serve, Gray MSRP: 56,700 Discount: $14,780 (utilizing USAA rebate) OTD: $44419 with “freight”, FL registration, and $799 doc fee (I’ll pay sales tax separately). If you’re in the DMV, Lustine CJDR was amazing. Cheaper doc fees than Koons, too. EXCELLENT...

Anyone else think the rebates will be better tomorrow? I’m trying to get a Built-To-Serve BH, msrp $56,5k for close to $40k as possible. Only other rebate that i know i qualify for us the $1k Usaa one. There have been MANY posts about this freight charge, but it still appears obtuse for me.

I don’t know about y’all. But i prefer the 6 seat. I’ve owned both and have a console in mine now. The seat lets me stretch out and have extra room for activities :)

ask their manager for the rebate breakdown. Additionally, you can compare msrp prices to similar ones in your area and some website show how much rebates are. You can use TrueCar to see which rebates apply as a guide. Then see how much other dealers are offering off for their “dealer discount.”...

Glad i wasn’t the only who checked. It’d be cool if they combined the 0/72 with the rebates. Maybe God is telling me to not buy a truck

If it’s a Big Horn $42000 Is what I’d offer. Laramie, $43250. If you qualify for rebates (Usaa, penfed, etc? Take an additional $1k plus off. I’m eyeballing this one now https://www.heritagechryslerjeepdodge.net/new/Ram/2020-Ram-1500-Owings+Mills+MD-674c35d80a0e0ae823c005a3014d998b.htm

does this essentially mean your loan starts jan 1st? So you’ll have a 7+ year loan? Or is it still 84 months from the date of purchase? That could save thousands if it’s still 84 months from date of purchase! (Continue paying your payment if you can afford it people).

from the sounds of it $6k-$7k. Get the USAA code for the additional $1k off. Just because 0%/84 makes it affordable. Look at NFCU’s 2.29/72. Find a loan calculator, the 0%/84 might not be worth the ~6k you’ll save more by taking the rebates.

@Ed_rtr Go for 25% plus off msrp on a BH. Look at surrounding dealerships inventory to compare trucks, too

Is asking for 30% off a Laramie 1500 (msrp 56k) with all doc fee’s + “freight” reasonable? I’m also asking for very good for KBB trade-in. Over the phone/email, i constantly keep hearing 3k less than KBB value. Ramtrucks.com gives an exceptionally-great trade in value and NADA puts it above...

You noticed that, too? I happened to get an additional $1k rebate in my inbox earlier. But it doesn’t make sense still. TrueCar pricing still doesn’t look bad, but i thought they’d try to move. And if they were moving, one would move to my driveway. Looks like I’m with you waiting until May.

Great information here. Thanks for laying that out. I’ve been watching this thread and the FB 5th gen thread to time when to bite. I really want to see if they will do $10k off plus 0% on a $56k truck (everything I’ve read on here showed 6k with 0 tops). If not, I’ll time it out to see if they...
