I'm curious about the ride quality as well. I watched one YouTuber who traded in his 23' Limited for 25' Rebel with no air suspension say its a more comfortable daily driver. Can this be true once the air pressures are dialed in or more with the suspension/tire package. Thanks
My 22' Laramie has a 5yr coating, washed regularly but sits outside. I believe if you maintain your vehicle well or have OCD like myself ceramic coating isn't needed. Just wash throw in a decontamination few times a year then find your favorite ceramic sealant that gives 2-3 months of...
Thought cabin wind noise was only a Tundra thing. Wouldn't of known since all my Rams that I've owned have been extremely quiet unlike the 18' F150 that was short lived.
I don't drive my truck a lot with company vehicle, only around 8,300. I can say they are very quiet/smooth rolling with no MPG change over stock. No issues at the boat ramps when launching/loading(4 auto off) but if I was purchasing today I would look hard at the new Cooper Road/Trail AT tire as...
Mine were installed in April. Since I have company vehicle I just passed 8k on my 22' Laramie NE but twice in very wet conditions I've experienced backend coming loose around slight corners for traffic light stop. Combination of the light rear with 3.92 might of had more to do with it but...
Had a similar experience with my Ford 2018 XLT. Dashboard warped around year one Ford did step up replaced it unfortunately the new lasted 10 months before the warping started. That along with the clunky 10 speed that's been updated with all the firmware put me back into a Ram as I've never had...
Very least dealership should remove the handles and repaint them. Made the mistake of purchasing a 2015 1500 Sport unseen in bright white when picked up two of the handles had chips, complained dealership just had them repainted. Will add if you want 100% color match beg for new handle or...
Detailers use heat guns and steamers to remove creases to make leather seats look new again. With my OCD I tried my wife Dyson hair dryer puts out some nice heat with marginal gains. Not sure if seat material is soft enough to work.
Just for comparison here's my 2022 Laramie NE after 3k. Took delivery I cleaned and conditioned seats which is why they look slightly darker. I weigh 165lb and careful entry/exit, the passenger side is the same though with half the use. I do exterior/interior detail once a week except during...
Just posting a few pics stock size 285/45 R22 XL. Took advantage of Mopar promo these replaced the Pirelli obviously. I don't put a lot of miles on my Ram 5K yr but I do tow my boat and few roads leading to ramps are gravel/dirt up to 2mi long. Honestly shocked I didn't puncture this past season...
Only 10mi ride home. They roll very nice no noticeable difference in road noise over the Pirelli with better wet grip which is to be expected though the only negative I've read with these is the wet braking performance. Only upgraded was fear of puncture on some gravel roads while towing boat...
If you can wait I'll post some pics of my 22' Laramie with some new BFGoodrich Trail Terrain. Getting installed on Monday like yourself I deal with some gravel roads when towing boat and to be honest surprised I haven't punctured my 22" Pirelli's that came with Night Edition PK.
If planning on ceramic coating Granite produces some really nice gloss. I think long term Granite will please the eyes longer IMO but like both very much.
I feel for ya. When I special order my Laramie Night Edition three more arrived at my dealer later that week and was told if I wanted one of those they would offer me the same discount on one. All were sold $67K trucks with in two days of hitting their lot. Luckily there were all 3.21 gears...
