Based on what I'm hearing from you, my opinion is that you don't need them. I live in AZ, and have a 2020 Ram Rebel with factory skids, which I'd consider to be of marginal quality. That said, I offroad often, and we have a lot of trails here of varying conditions. I don't rock crawl, or wheel...
I purchased a brand new Jeep Wrangler JL Rubicon in 2018, and it too had one of these GPS systems installed. However, the dealer at that time was marketing it as a GPS tracking device in case the jeep was stolen. It even came with access to a website that I could log into that tracked where the...
I wouldn't stress over anything. Keep in mind that 95% of the break-in (meaning rings sealing against cylinder walls) is done during a "cold run" of an engine during the manufacturing process where it's completely lubricated and allowed to run with the crank being turned via and external force...
With respect to the Fabtech lift you ordered, did you assemble some sort of parts lists, or was there simply a line item that included all parts? As I'm browsing the Fabtech site, I do not see anything other than some spacers for the 2019-2020 RAM for an actual lift. Hoping you can shed some...
I'm curious if anyone on this forum has a Four Wheel Camper installed on their 2020 RAM, and in particular the Rebel. I'm considering building out a "Hawk" base model, which is really for a 6.0 to 6.8" bed. The "Raven" is specifically for the shorter beds like in my Rebel, however, my thoughts...
Thanks for the update. I'm not really interested in larger tires but I would like to bring the nose up a bit, and even if it only had a .5 inch shorter difference from the rear, that'll be fine by me. I mainly just drive offroad here in AZ, some rocks and stuff, but none of that high-speed nonsense.
Thank you! One quick question - have you noticed any sort of improvements, or otherwise with the new 5100's vs the factory Bilstein's? I only ask because while offroading this weekend, I noticed how easy it is to bottom out the front shocks and hit the jounce bumpers.
I remember issues like that from long ago, where the A/C system would just get funky. However, I did not perform any hacks at this time. But I'll share a few observations, more so related to my 2018 JL Wrangler which I traded in this past December. On the JLWrangler forum, there were quite a few...
FWIW I live in Arizona and today is around 104 degrees. I took a 10-mile ride for an errand today, with A/C on Max (initially) and have no real complaints. My truck was kinda in the shade all day and I do have good tint on the side windows, so of course, that helps, but the temp the truck was...
I'm sure you'll be happy with the 8" infotainment system, I am with mine. And it's actually an upgrade to the higher end 8" infotainment system in my 2018 JL Wrangler. Even though the JL had a higher end alpine stereo.
I wouldn't think so, but I'm no lawyer. My take on it take the free fill up and don't ever visit that dealership again. Also, negative Google reviews seem to help as well.
I've had several Silverado's over the years, and one Ford F-150 SuperCrew back in 2002. I'm very happy with my 2020 Ram Rebel. I have just about 3200 miles on it, and I love driving it. Tons of power, quiet, awesome stock stereo and lots of creature comforts. I have a few first-world issues in...
I'm not sure that you can, and I don't think that car play can be uninstalled from the phone, as I believe it's simply built it to the OS. Maybe another way around is to throw in a 12v usb plug, and just plug the phone into that? No carplay, just charging.
I've owned several Silverado's over the years, combined with a plethora of other vehicles. My last being a 2015 Silverado with that Sports package, or whatever it was called. Either way, it had those blacked out 22" wheels, and two huge stripes down the hood, and tailgate. Anyhow, my 2020 Ram...
I'm with you on this, early 50's here my interest in modding my new 2020 Ram Rebel is pretty damn low. Although I did buy a new dual-sport bike and I'm having fun installing a few goodies, quality of life goodies, but nothing more, no exhaust or intake changes no nothing beyond a rear rack...
I do enjoy listening to the radio, I just cannot stand commercials to any degree. However, I feel that SiriusXM is not worth it once the so-called free service expires. I'm not a fan of their BS tactics. However, I've found that if you let your service expire for a few months, you'll find their...
