Steering wheel up and down music track buttons just stopped working

Maybe a fuse? The owner's manual has a chart that shows everthing that is connected to a fuse and where the fuse is located.

    Dreaded hvac whistle

Glad yours was fixed. Do you know if that requires the dash to be pulled apart? I'm guessing it doe.

Can't decide on exhaust Borla S-Type or Awe 0fg for the 5.7L

I had the Borla Touring first, but returned it after about a month due to warranty issues (Bad fitment: Muffler was was almost touching parts of the frame and the the tips, particularly the passenger side was impossible to center). Even the Touring was quite loud on start up and on...

    Borla S-Type too loud

I bypass eco mode by using the gear selector on the steering wheel. Press the down arrow and then push up until you get to 8. It will never go into eco mode. Only downside you have to do that everytime to put it into drive. I do it out of habit now.

Added chrome grille inserts to my Bighorn.

    Borla Exhaust

Unfortunately the passenger pipe only has one junction and that is the side that fits horribly. The driver side can be adjusted easily since there are two pieces. AWE exhaust is way easier to adjust because the tips are separate pieces. I had the borla touring and now the AWE.

Forgot to mention, got mine from Nick at gotexhaust.com

    AWE 0FG exhaust

I have the AWE. Looks and sounds great. Definitely will wake the neighbors on cold start. Pretty loud at first but calms down. Not crazy loud in the cab and actually pretty quiet at cruising speeds. Not sure how it will be when towing, but I'm sure it will be noticable in the cab just like any...

Maybe Borla will reimburse you for that too? lol

    Borla Exhaust

Yeah for how much it costs, shouldn't have to deal with those kinds of issues. They need to change up the design and make the tips similar to how the factory exhaust tips attach or like AWE. Another issue I dealt with was the exhaust tips moving after driving. I would get mine centered as...

    OEM exhaust...worth saving?

It's really personal preference. Do you think you might ever want to go back to stock again in the future? I kept mine intact and have it stored in the basement just in case I ever decide I want to go back to stock again. I may get a travel trailer in the future, so my AWE might end up being...

AWE 0FG Catback Exhaust Suite for the 5th Gen RAM, available now.

I have the 3.92 rear as well, and at cruising speed it's not bad. There is a slight sound/rumble but nothing over the top. You can tell you have an exhaust, but no drone.

    Borla Exhaust

Had major fitment issues with my borla. Returned and went with AWE. Much better fitment.

AWE 0FG Catback Exhaust Suite for the 5th Gen RAM, available now.

Got my ramps at harbor freight for like 50 bucks. They are the plastic ones. Used them several times now for different things.

AWE 0FG Catback Exhaust Suite for the 5th Gen RAM, available now.

I agree, with what Klicht87 said. Exhaust pliers will make your life much easier when removing the exhaust, as well as ramps. I got a cheap set of ramps at Harbor Freight for like $50 and they worked great in combination with taking the spare and shield off so you can snake out the exhaust.

Mopar catback...is it really a Borla?

Had the borla tourning, and could definitely hear it in the cab at start up and acceleration. Could still hear it at cruising speed, but not overly loud. I now have the AWE 0FG because the Borla did not fit well. The AWE is louder at startup and at idle from outside, but is surprisingly...

    Borla Exhaust

Outside of the truck its a bit louder, but not a ton louder. Cold starts are pretty aggressive, but so was the Touring. Inside the truck, the AWE is a little quieter during normal driving. Both are loud when you stomp on the pedal. The Borla Touring was actually much louder than I expected...
