Full AFE (Shorties, Catted Y, Catback), its loud enough, provides low end torque for an untuned beast and it makes me smile.
My neighbors all have Harleys, Muscle cats and other beasts, only difference here is this is a daily
Got Bwoody's for the hell of it, overall my truck takes turns and curves faster than most vehicles (not full proof), and its a Rebel with Yoko Geolander's
Hey, been ages, how are you all doing?
As the title reads, had AFE Shorties/Catted Y-pipe installed recently and today, at lower rpm's, sounds like a piece of paper/bags stuck.
I found on a random Ford Truck forum that its the thin walls and short of having them wrapped, just get used to it...
Good to know
I got AFE shorties and Y-pipe in my garage and am told I need to tune it for gains. I'm just hoping they don't deep dive and I can uninstall the tune for dealer visits
As these are sadly sold out and since my truck is being fixed up (Kamikaze Doe), might wanna find a similar kit instead of having the lamin-x
Thanks in advance
Rogue
True, but upgraded my Audi and Mustang's lines with no issues, so don't see how it'll be that much of an issue.
Wonder if anyone has experience with these mods yet
Not lacking anything right now tbh, just I like to build cars and while I don't do anything completely unnecessary (overbuilt my old stangs suspension to the point of it being creaky on the roads, had to fix it), you know down the line you'd have to replace OEM parts, plus SS brake lines are...
CarID of course, for a '19 Rebel
Lines, =SUBMODEL|Rebel']Rotors, =SUBMODEL|Rebel']Pads
Whaddya think, go for it or leave it all alone, as I'm at 28k miles already to begin with, and always wanna do little things
