What do you mean hard to research? There are TONS of threads on this forum about the Borla cat back options. I’m unsure how you were surprised the s-type is loud. It’s well documented that the atak and s type are loud.
At any rate, I’m glad you found a solution you are happy with. I’m...
The touring is much louder than stock. It’s a bout as aggressive as I’d ever want to go on a daily driver. To me, my buddy’s s-type is louder on the highway at cruising speed (which is why he added the resonator).
I have a the Borla touring and it has zero drone without the resonator. A neighbor of mine has the same with the resonator and I assure you there is a sound reduction with resonator.
Electrical tape won’t do a anything...it will charge though a thing case, so the thin barrier electrical tape has would have no effect.

This post is the ultimate in first world problems. Just go buy a freaking cup that fits in the cup holder and enjoy the beautiful truck you own and stop complaining.
So I’ve been watching the fuel economy gauge for a couple days and something seems “off”. It seems like the gauge is over estimating how much fuel is being used at idle. I first noticed when I spend a few days remote starting (and running for about 10 min). During those few days of doing...
Yeah...but you could make a bracket that would raise the auto air dam so when deployed there wasn’t a gap.
That’s a lot of work to achieve a more aggressive look while maintaining negligible fuel economy though
Not worried about the trim pieces...I have a whole trim removal toolkit. I just didn’t want to cut wires. I wonder if this upgrade would be just as good on the HK system ?
Program it to an FM radio station of your choosing. Then press the memory seat set button and one of the two numbers. Then it will remember whatever station was when you keyed off.
Dealers are CLUELESS.
I’ve had the Mopar lift with the short bed crew cab with zero issues for 10k miles.
Had anyone with the long bed AND 4x4 installed the MOPAR lift successfully without and traction/ CELs?
this is perplexing me and driving me crazy figuring out what could be issue with...
I’m still waiting to hear WHY the MOPAR won’t work on the long bed. I’ve had every suspension component off my truck and can’t figure out for the life of me why the longer bed would matter....
