Lately, I've developed a whiiring/whooshing sound audible between 20-60mph (Pretty sure it's still there above 60, however the wind noise drowns it out). At first I thought it was just tire noise, however I have fairly new KO2s and only seem to hear this sound from the right side (I can't pinpoint if it's coming from the front or back). I'm skeptical it's tire noise for the following reasons:
1) It stays on the right even once the tires are rotated
2) It seems to go away or at least be dramatically reduced when power isn't being applied to the drivetrain (i.e. coasting down a hill)
3) It seems to go away when lateral load is applied (i.e. going around a curve)

Any thoughts? Brakes look good (and there's no noise while braking). Wheel bearing? I'm stummped.
