Thank you but it was definitely not an easy fight. I spent 6 weeks getting F you's from the dealership and FCA. Don't think for one second that we aren't watching our backs waiting for some sort of retaliation.

From what I'm hearing from other customers, the directional headlights that I had on my 2019 2500 Laramie are only available on the 2020 longhorn and limited. Just like the panoramic sunroof we couldn't get because it's only available on the 1500.

Update. After fighting with the dealership and Ram for 2 months, I filed my complaint and won. I was able to return my falsely advertised 2500 for a full refund and got my 3500. Funny that Ram has also changed the information on their site.

And now I know that I should have looked at the stickers instead of the false numbers they advertise.

My 2500 diesel was advertised with 3200lb payload. Then according to my VIN on Mopar, dropped to 2310. Door sticker says 1976. Don't bother calling Ram. They won't give you the true info. I had to file complaints with the FTC and department of motor vehicles to actually get their attention.

Unfortunately, nothing since Ram and the dealerships falsely advertise their trucks.
