I did not have to change these. The Carli system also changes the coil in the rear to a 2 stage coil and it requires the new end links. I opted to not put the rear icon coil in.

RAM 1500 having similar issues, noticed the clunk/knock when on a rough road, and while turning right at slower speeds. No noise when parked and turning wheel. Service appointment tomorrow.
