Got the P1524 engine code today after 4000 miles after oil change. Used amsoil signature 5w20 with the notorious EA15K50 filter. Changed the filter to a mopar OEM filter (for now) and the code went away. Thankful for this forum, as the dealer would have blamed the oil.
I have the 772424 (early version without any letters) that was made in 2018. Should there be 1 spacer in the front or two spacers? Also Can someone post pictures of their strut assembly with the same part number? Thanks
Anyone else waiting for the TSB spacers to come in? I've ordered them in February...
....They say they're not coming in until October
Must be an international shortage lol
I've been patiently waiting for the spacer (that is on backorder) to add more front lift to older Mopar lift PN# 77072424AA, stated in the TSB. I'm not too sure if it will be enough, as the rake is still substantial on my truck (like 3.5 inches of rake...). Are there any options to add more to...
you can definitely tell that their wider but I think my next tires will be 35’s after I get the updated mopar lift spacers and ORG springs. These ride nice to be honest, but lots of noise which is expected from a hybrid tire. No complaints otherwise so far. They were easy to balance as well...
loss of 1.5-2 L/100km is not too bad... Did you calibrate your speedometer at all? and what ratio of highway to city driving do you do? just curious. I have a ram sport too and was looking to go that route in the future.
Also I’m pretty sure they don’t install in on the rebel mostly because it has air ride, and other off road things like hill descent control etc. If you don’t have these things then it forsure can belong on your truck if you have a crew cab and 5’7 box. I would keep bugging them
I find that strange since I have a sport, pretty much the same truck in red. They are just making excuses. You can try and bring the Technical Service Bulletin to your dealership if your part # is 77072424 or 77072424AA. These are the earlier versions of the lift that create more rake.
I have the same problem with my mopar 2" lift. The rake looks very similar. I called and complained to mopar and to my local dealer and they are replacing it with the new updated version free of charge. you should try and go that route.
