Update, I decided to buy the SuspensionMaxx end links instead of OEM. I installed them and so far my clunking sounds are gone. I could tell the grease was leaking out of the OEM end link boots.
Hi, does anyone know the difference in the part numbers for the oem Front sway bar end links? I'm looking to order some for my 2019 Ram.
68399868AD - is that for 2019-2020 only? but then the parts webpage has a note that says for M14 Thread, use #68399868AE. How would I know which thread it...
my 19 truck only has 18k miles. I hear a slight clanging noise from the front end at lower speeds on rougher roads and bumps. I looked all underneath and the sway bar and end link nuts are all tight. Then I ended up grabbing each of the front CV axles and was able to move them back and...
What are you looking for as recourse? My Ram salesman told me he takes cars to lunch, etc., but made it sound like it was cars from the used car lot, not customer cars. At least nothing was damaged or stolen. I despise going to dealerships but you have to for warranty repairs. I had 3...
I never did fix mine, just learned to live with it. My crack is on the very outer edge and not too noticeable and water doesn't leak into the lens. But as hemirob posted, you have to pull off the mirror glass and then you can access the screws/bolts for the mirror caps and turn signal lens...
I wish they looked a little different on the outside to make the Laramie look a little more upscale (I mean no disrespect to BH trucks!), such as a different grille or something like Ford does for it's different trim levels. Seems like the only real exterior difference is the Laramie has...
My Ram with 22's rides great and absorbs bumps and cracks/holes in the road without making much noise at all. The wife's 17 Honda Pilot with 20's rides much rougher and makes a lot noise hitting the same cracks/holes in the roads. I've read other Pilot owners complaining about the same...
It was free for 5 years on my 2014 GMC Sierra, now GM charges for it. I tried the remote app for my Ram and I couldn't get it to work. So I'll just go back to pointing the fob out my window at work to remote start it, that's mainly the only time I use it since I park inside my garage at home.
How about the Hypertech React? It's a plug-in throttle optimizer with different settings. I don't have any plans to try one but wonder if anyone here has?
^thanks for the tips on that metal bracket! I took apart the white plastic dome piece everyone else has mentioned, and even with that piece disconnected, I grabbed the pedal and it was still making the same clicking noise, so obviously it had to be something else within the assembly making that...
The clicking seems to be something else on the pedal assembly instead of that plastic dome? Because when I took out the plastic dome to grease it, I pushed on the pedal and still heard the clicking noise with the plastic dome out and white pushrod retainer disconnected.
