Well, It's doing it again. Connected to USB or bluetooth, either way. I already got the latest update a couple months ago for the same thing. getting frustrated. USB the phone shows it is charging, but The USB on source select is not lighting up.

Really wierd, yesterday it would not connect thru USB, then android auto updated and now its fine.

I keep getting the message device not supported every 5-10 minutes. Phone is synced and works. Anyone have any idea whats causing that?

My uconnect app on my phone wont start truck or lock and unlock doors. keep getting message "Failed"

I have had the same thing happen, but only when I am coming to a stop. This is also accompanied by a transmission clunk just as the truck is stopping. AC starts blowing again as the truck gets moving.

It looks like the back is sitting higher than the front. Do you have pics on level ground?

I am clairvoyant :) . Actually, I read on another thread that heat can be an issue. So I started the truck and plugged in, no good. Drove around a bit till the AC cooled off the interior, and it started working.

61218 is my build date. My software on the radio is way out of date as well. But that probably wont fix the USB issue. Hub probably bad.

Sorry, guess it's one of those "grass is always greener" moments when you get frustrated. Which build date are you refering to? The Truck build date, or the Radio? Thanks.

I had the same thing happen last week. Radio does not recognize Phone or Flash drive connected, but phone shows it is charging. Have an appointment next monday with local dealer (rural town) and I'm pretty sure they will be clueless about this. I have had several dodge products over the...
