No makes sense! you have to think about downward travel flex too, which is where many ball joints will fail and pop out. Is your ball joint now limiting travel at the downward stroke of your shock? Not sure we’d be able to tell thy unless you had a go pro. I’ve seen so many ram ball joints fail...

you'll likely still hit even with Mopar UCA’s. Did you happen to take note of how much (or little) space you had with stock? It’s like 1-2mm. So it’s not like you’re just mashing the spring. I would upgrade for piece of mind, they’re like 40 bucks each.

I don’t, as I’ve already sold it. basically, on the rails that get clamped on the bed there are two layers of weather stripping. I peeled back the first layer (foam) and trimmed down the second layer (rubber) about 12” - which is the length of the bracket. If you don’t, the rails will be pushed...

Depends on width and offset, but 35’s have fit with a 20x9 et 0, and I believe they’ll fit on stock wheels and offsets.

Correct, 1:5” of exposed thread will give you 3” of lift (2” over stock Rebel) You can maybe get another 1/4” out of them by turning the collar another one or two turns. I asked fox and they said it won’t hurt anything. Say 3.25 max lift

35” you need at least a 2” with stock to 0 offsets, 3.5” for -18 to -24 offsets 37” you need at least a 6” lift, and still requires some trimming/cutting

Undercover ultra flex does not have to be modifed with the RO brackets other than 12" of weatherstripping which can easily be replaced (if you are worried about resale)
