Wow, that’s pretty solid customer service from them to send those out free. Same here -I didn’t fault them at all. Just thought I’d prefer to bring the rear up slightly. Luckily it’s a fairly inexpensive part. Post some pics when you get it installed.

Sure the motofab kit is part # DR-1R. I ordered it directly from their site. Put the link below. A friend of mine is a mechanic and He did the install for me at his shop. I suppose it's possible on the ground with jacks, but much easier with a lift. It was a quick task for him, charged me...
Thanks! Honestly, I think you’d be hard pressed to tell much of a difference from stock. The rear, I can’t notice at all. I don’t have a ton of miles on it yet, but it’s very smooth around town and commuting to work.

Just wanted to share some comparison photos. I put the 2" level on the first week I had the truck a few months ago in February. I chose the 2" offering instead of the 2.5", because I wanted to maintain somewhat of a tiny rake. I forgot to take measurements beforehand. Afterwords, The truck...
Sounds like the original Poster is satisfied with his findings. I was just going to chime in and say I noticed same thing (approx 1/2" diff on drivers side) on my Laramie a few months ago when I first put a 2" level on. I was pissed at myself for not measuring before the install, but suprised...
In Late February, when the truck was brand new, I installed a Motofab 2" leveling kit. (NON- Air Ride) A few days ago (delayed a few months due to Covid) I added the Motofab 1" rear coil spring spacers in the back. I'm pleased with the stance/appearance with a slight rake. Took the truck to a...
Reviving an old thread- did you ever resolve this issue? I have same problem on a brand new 2020. 2 weeks old. Thanks

Not sure if these photos do it justice, but a few that I’ve shown have agreed they can see a difference comparing driver side to passenger.

Yesterday I had my buddy install the Motofab 2” level kit at his shop (‘20 Laramie 4x4, 6’4 bed, non- air, non ORG.) Said it went smooth, no issues. When I got time later in the day to really look it over, I noticed it appeared to be sitting high at the nose. I purposely chose the 2” kit vs. the...
Did you Deal with Criswell? I contacted Carl and he was a pleasure. I was strongly considering heading south to make the Deal. The only hurdle was my trade in. They were a few thousand off compared to Brown's and said there was nothing he could do. His discounted pricing was even slightly...
Hey, Congrats! So, I was actually able to use a Chrysler employee pricing discount through family. The Price was pretty cut and dry, not really much to negotiate. It's just a fixed % below invoice + whatever the current rebates are for the month. However, I chose Brown's because they gave...
