I've been researching 4WC'ers for awhile now. Do you have the air suspension? It's not recommended for truck campers. If I go truck camper route I'll be getting a Hawk and a
3500 in a couple years when I retire.
Good luck with the build/setup! I currently have a 2017 Rebel and love it.
I have a 4 car garage (1 double and 2 singles) and park my 2017 Rebel in the big bay. There is enough distance for front back fit no issues...and I spent $4 on a plastic ball and string so I know exactly where to pull it in and how far in to pull it. Once the ball hits the windshield...into...
Thank you for the information on this. I wanted to stop getting all emails on new posts and such and this hopefully worked!
Not that I don't like the site...I do...just hate getting emails on every reply and such.
Great review...thank you.
Saw this...thankfully: "The start/stop is defeatable via a handy button mounted near the 4×4 controls. "
I don't do much driving in traffic and can't see the start/stop making that much of a difference overall...although I will say I haven't driven one yet so I'll...
The Rambox was the number 1 item on my list when I started looking for a 2017 Rebel.
Love the Rambox...will never own a Ram without them. I can put all kinds of things in them. Cleaning supplies, sun shade, towing supplies, tie downs. While I do lose some bed space...I don't need all of the...
My 2017 Rebel is automatic....except for Entry/Exit....that I have to do manually. Never had any issues with mine. I hit 62mph for a few seconds and it goes into AERO. Come up to a stop sign or turn and back to NORMAL mode.
I currently have a 2017 Rebel. I love the off road look and ride. I don't do much off roading but still enjoy the look and feel of the Rebel.
The new Rebel looks great...but I too am a bit disappointed that I can't get cooled seats and the 12" screen as options. I'm not sure what I'll get...
a quick Google search finds it may be:

Something with the trailer towing wiring?
There is some type of issue that can cause a short in the cruise control where it won't turn off. Its rare and a simple computer update is supposed to fix it.
I;m sure that all trucks (and cars for that matter) coming off the line...have the new updated programming. At least I'd hope so...
Basically what happened is they put 32 gallon tanks in...but didn't reprogram the computer to know it was a 32 gallon tank. The computer thought all tanks were the 26 gallon tanks.
I have the 32 gallon tank.
The light would come on or you'd be laying on Empty but still have 7-8 gallons left...
There's a Trackhawk at the local dealer I got my 2017 Rebel from. I figured it would have sold in 3-4 weeks. Its been there for 2 months. 88,500 or so. They'll sell it...but its a niche vehicle to say the least. If I wasn't 6'6 and 280lbs I may have considered it...would have pushed the...
I would agree with whats been said:
TR: 525hp going for the 70-75K range decked out.
TRX: 707hp going for 85K minimum, up to 95-100K or so.
Just speculation...but as they're getting 85-95K for the Trackhawk...I can see the TRX going for at least that much.
It will be interesting to see where the TR/TRX come out in pricing against the Raptor.
70K for a decked out 525hp 7.0L Hemi'ed TR?
80-85K+ for a Hellcat powered 707hp 6.4L S/C TRX?
They're getting 88K+ for the Grand Cherokee Trackhawk....
I do hope they keep the TR cost inline with the...
2017 Rebel with the air suspension here....and live in Minnesota.
Love it and would definitely buy it again. My truck is garaged all the time though...so its not sitting in dead cold every night. Never had any issues with it.
