I have the extended warranty, so I’m not exactly sure what it cost. I just had to pay a deductible of 100 bucks I think. That seems high though.

My starter needed to be replaced at around 35,000 - 2019 Big Horn. Thought it was the battery or an electrical issue at first. Replaced battery and took several trips to the dealer for them to finally replace the starter because they couldn't get it to happen until I left it overnight.

Got it from the dealer. Yes installed myself. Easy.

I have a 2019 and I got the newest one at the dealer. It has a different piece above the gasket that must deflect any water.

Mine is a 2019 in was leaking. I replaced the third brake light with the newest one and haven’t had an issue since.

Just got this code a day ago. Cleared it out and will see if it comes on again. They just replaced my starter at 38500 miles so not sure if something happened when they did that or if it’s unrelated. 2019 1500 Big Horn.

Mine has been fine since starter was replaced 2 weeks ago but now the check engine light just came on today 🙄

Did this come with the new screws? Mopar web site won't let me add any quantity. Keeps resetting to 0.

Click. It was towed to the dealer last night. Luckily it didn't start for them either. They ordered a starter to replace it.

2019. It’s has the button to start yes. It does not start/stop to save gas though if that’s what you mean.

Is there a way they can test an alternator for that? I used a voltmeter while connected, didn't try it disconnected but will.
