I just checked my 2019 and it works as you would expect it would. You open the tailgate and the cargo and bedlights come on, but interestingly the dome lights inside the truck do not. My post above refers to my 2022 which is not acting right but once did.

Put it in tow/haul mode until someone puts out a tuner that will allow you to play with the shift points. If you are going to swap out the gears eventually it could pay off to deal with it until someone puts out a higher gear than the 3.92 also. Call Eaton and let them know you need one.

I had the dealer order the parts and I put them on. They did not charge me for them.

It was the same with mine. Dealership had no problems getting the parts. This was about two weeks ago. If they couldn't get the parts I would have had them take them off of one that was on the lot.
