I have a 2019 Laramie that just broke 50k miles. Past few weeks I have noticed a slight "rub" noise when turning right when pulling into a parking garage, etc. Call it around 5-10mph. The sound ultimately sounds like a tire rubbing against a fender, yet that is not the case. When it happens...
Twice in the past month randomly when I start up my truck any sort of music playing, XM, FM radio, Bluetooth, etc will space out. Music will play for about 10 seconds then randomly cut in and out. While I’ve experienced this my back up camera also just goes to a blue dark screen and no back up...
I recently moved to Colorado and needing a more "meaty" tire for the winter up here. I love the Ridge Grappler in which I have ran on previous trucks. That being said, the Ridge Grappler is not backed by the 3-peak snow emblem, but I've seen people running them up here in Denver. Has anyone had...
I've had my filter in for a few weeks now and highway MPG's are not affected as bad as city. I was able to make a trip from Houston to Dallas and the MPG's with the K&N were good to normal. City driving is where I am seeing it suffer.
Just picked up a drop in K&N air filter for my Laramie. Noticing a 2mpg deduct from what I was getting from the factory air filter. Have done some reading and it makes sense that you could get worse mpgs. Just trying to see other people’s thoughts or experiences, and if I should go back to the...
@Kevinc13 how tall are those 33’s after being on the truck? Are they more true to size? Online says 32.76 height, but obviously will come down with the truck weight, etc.
@rbnaslt how do you like those Go Rhinos? Never seen them before but I like how they’re so tucked in. Is there still enough to place a foot on though is what I’m questioning.
@upstech76 how do you like the width on the Ridge Grappler 275’s? Was thinking about getting the RG’s in 275/60r20 but scared they will be too narrow. Do you have any pics of what the width on your truck.
Are you running the LT "E" version or the XL version? Looking into getting the same size/tire but haven't decided on the E or XL version. The E states it is taller.
@Webbd30 how do you like the handling of those 275/65r20 Ridge Grapplers? Do they handle good at high speed corners; like back road highways? Just curious since they're pretty tall but not super wide.
Anyone running Goodyear ultraterrains exclusive from discount tire? Tires look good, but curious to how the ride quality is and tire noise. Not a lot of reviews are out there for them.
How’s turning at high speeds (highway) with those 275/60s? I think the stock tires feel like **** making turns on back country highways at fast speeds. Doesn’t feel stable at all. Why I’m leaning on going with a 285 tire with some more rubber.
You make a good point. No CEL and I don’t have an OBD reader. Guess I’ll have it looked at when I take it in to get my side mirror replaced since the folding aspect is broken.
No hasn’t been cold. I live in Texas on the gulf so it’s been 50-60s here lately. Always have ran 89 octane since I drove the truck off the lot, always filling up at major brand gas stations not cheap ones (grocery stores, etc).
Laramie 4x4 V8 hemi seems to have a slight vibration when in park. Right when you switch it into drive or reverse it goes away. Anyone else experiencing this? Doesn’t seem to happen all the time either. Curious to what is causing it.
Anyone have any experience with any of the Cooper AT3 tires, especially the XLT version in the mud? These tires caught my eye for a good looking all terrain just curious about the traction in light mud.
