I just did an experiment and do confirm there must be heat leak. I turned off AC. Run fan only. Temp set to LO. Outside temperature is 75 degree. However, the driver vent temperature is 91 degree which should be 75 degree! I am going to do same test on my other two cars to compare.

I was told tint is not permitted on windshield however clear film is still OK.

When I pull out the rear seats to check if there is any sign of previous leakage, I noticed there is rust on both rear seats. Is it normal ? I didn't see anything abnormal on other places yet....

Mine was built at Feb, 2019. Just did a test today, above 50 degrees on all vent. One is close to 60 degrees. Set to LO and recirculation.. And also, a few days ago, I noticed musty smell when switched from AC to fan on when AC starts. I am doing further test.

Thanks. A little bit difficult to access. But at least I know where to check if it leaks. Mine is not popped it's just not flush. I am planning to use roof sealant to seal outside anyway.

Did you just take out two bolts to put the subwoofer down? Mine has subwoofer so I can't see the drain tube...
