after reading this I immediatly called the dealer and had them installed. After the cost of tires and rims I think it is not worth the hasssel. They are not that expensive after factoring all the costs. Pluss you will be using them a few years. Cheers

Ordered from dealer. Had a discount coupon (for accesories )when I bought the truck so basically got them at dealer cost.

I took the top of a wasp spray can. Cut it down so it will not interfere with the door. Fits nice and tight. Also put a piece of cotton cloth inside. My filler stays like new. Just kept trying different spray can tops till I found one that fit tight.

Happened to me twice. Both my fault. Anything left in the bottom crack of the tailgate will pop it off. In my case I left a bungee cord twice accidentally. Just not paying attention, now I always look.

I had the same cover. I put weather stripping on the end and there are stoppers on the front inside of the cover that I taped a 3/4 in rubber piece and it moved the cover back that much further on the tailgate. It was almost waterproof in the end. I also tighted up all four of the clamps.

I bought the factory soft cover with my truck. Did not like it (to many issues) so I bought the retrax RBL roll up . Unfortunately I have the black rails and it will not fit. Dealer told me only the silver rails will work. Silver rails are on order. Turning out to be an expensive change over.

I have put the Suntec film on the rear fender flare and it only lasted a few weeks had damage that wopuld not heal itsellf. went back to the installer he removed it and put on 2 layers. 3 weeks so far so good.
