To flash the TCM to a calibration that a Laramie/rebel gt uses, you need the flash file, and either a cracked version of CDA6 with micropod clone, or a witech 2 subscription with a J2534 pass thru device, flash token, tech authority subscription, and j2534 flash application.
The special packages are just radio and cluster theme related, and one of them is just the splash screen in the cluster on startup, so those aren’t it.
Anything with “FOA” has to do with the check rear seat reminder, so those don’t apply.

I know for sure that the topdon rlink 2534 pass thru is compatible with witech 2, and you can use witech subscriptions and flash tokens to flash modules through it.

Yeah, try that. Use the splitter, connect the vehicle to witech with the MDP (that process alone should unlock the gateway), then connect alfaobd and make the changes. Then use the MDP to run the Proxi alignment via witech.
