I actually called that Tampa dealer before I bought my truck in Texas a couple of weeks ago. He started going over all the incentives I wouldn't qualify for... bought my truck at the dealer in Denton. TX, and it was the best buying experience I've ever had.

Personally, I got the windshield tinted to keep out UV rays. It's a very light tint and barely noticeable. I've had skin cancer issues and every little bit helps.

There are a lot of the 2023 Laramie 4x4 short beds in stock with the hemi. Just bought one yesterday. You might be able to find just what you want in stock somewhere.
