My battery needed a “hard charge” they called it for 3-5 hours. They put the connections on a trickle charger while the battery was disconnected and fully charging.

Sounds like the throttle body not responding, disconnect your negative on the battery for 10 minutes and reconnect to reset. But the dealership might be right with the wire harness.

That happened to me a couple of times in my 2005 ram, I would disconnect the negative battery terminal for 10 minutes and then reinstall, the truck would start and drive normal again. Hasn’t happened in my 2022 rebel though.
