So when using the preset station selector button on the back of the steering wheel, it seems to work for the radio, but when on Sirius XM it periodically switches to the 1st preset station and will not change from there, no matter how many times the button is depressed. The dealer couldn't...

I'm currently leveled with RC drop side steps on my Laramie, but wanting to ditch the steps for a cleaner look. Anyone else leveled not running side steps? I'm 5'9" and my wife is 5'5". We can both get in/out but I am wondering about sliding off the seat while getting out and causing early wear...

Glad you got it all fixed now. I didn't waste money on the RC kit. It's been on since last year with no clunk, no hard ride, no issues. I suppose each shop/truck is unique.
