Odd Issue w/ Steering Control Preset Button

So when using the preset station selector button on the back of the steering wheel, it seems to work for the radio, but when on Sirius XM it periodically switches to the 1st preset station and will not change from there, no matter how many times the button is depressed. The dealer couldn't figure it out and it only happens while in XM mode. Any ideas??
