If dealer doesn't have a dedicated detail shop, that has good reviews, I would just say thanks, but no thanks, and take it to a good local detail shop.
As mentioned previously, rail dust rust is 100% not a warranty issue. It's good they are offering to clean it, but most dealers don't know how...
I'm 6'5" with about 35" inseam. I have a power driver's seat, so they didn't help a ton there, just gave me more adjustability. My passenger seat is manual slider and they made a big difference on passenger side comfort.
Damn, feel pretty good getting my truck done in 2020 for $300. 35% full windshield, 20% on every other piece of glass, including sunroof, using 3m film.
Unlock your PCM and get custom Diablo or HPtuners tune and you can get rid of speed limiter. Z-automotive also makes a decies that plug,/splices in behind the big display that works on 19-24 Rams
You have a classic, not a 5th gen. Try loosening the parking brake star screw further. Also, not sure if it's the same on 4th gens, but make sure you have the takes in service mode
Unfortunately, the "fix" from z-automotive doesn't work for the 19-20 trucks. Mine is a 20. And I'd rather have coreec speedometer. I have a work around for the back up cam.
Since I have 35" tires my speedometer will be further off than yours. I'm more frustrated with RAM though, because it...
I used my park sense, when it worked, along with the Tazer park cam.setring to help park in my garage. It's a tight fit. The Tazer turned on the rear camera when park sense went off, and I use my back up camera to hit my mark for clearing garage door without pulling in too far and hitting my...
Depending on tuner, usually $200-$500 for a custom tune. With the higher price usually offering unlimited tweaks to the tune should you add bolt ons later on.
One of my local friends was using Diablotoona for his custom tuning for a while. He works on honor system with you paying what you...
He shut off one hose. There are two connected to the heater core. Just because the hose that is normally the "in" side is closed off the out side is still connected to cooling system and will still pressurize the heater core as coolant pressure builds with heat. Which will still allow it to...
The muzzy hack only blocks off one hose to stop constant flow. If you don't have both the in and out hoses blocked off, as coolant pressure rises, it will still push fluid out a leaking heater core
From my last experience with Diablo tunes on Dodge vehicles, the 93 tune with 91 fuel was better than the 93 tune with 93 fuel. And don't use the cold air intake tunes if they have those. I've seen it more than once, on a dyno, where the vehicle lost horsepower switching to the CAI tune over...
