No mine is also missing a lock cylinder. My other Limited's with Ram boxes always had the lock and the vehicle key unlocked it. Since they stopped giving valet keys with the 25s I think they just removed the lock.

I was also able to confrm that the rear doors DO NOT have the passive entry system in the handles.

I think I have the exact same issue. I had it on my 22 Limited and now 23 limited. Flip the mute switch on your IPhone and see if the issue goes away. That fixes it on my end but is not really a fix. I normally have my iPhone muted but when I don’t the issue is there.
