As Scram1500 said, you do not need to touch your suspension to fit 33s or even 34s. They will both fit with the stock suspension. Unless you just want the look of the front level. Also, if you do a front level, IMO, 33" tires will look small in the wheel well.
That's total crap, sorry for your struggles with your local dealerships. Could go to the local body shop if your choice, get an estimate for repairs, and submit that to RAM directly since your dealers don't want to work with you.
Backed it out of garage to finally get this thing out after over 5 years. Still some tweaking to do, trans isn't shifting right, which could just be my ratchet shifter adjustment.
I would probably love the handling of the truck with the front bar, but I do enough off road stuff where I need some suspension articulation that the away bar would take away. I even disconnected the front sway bar the last time I went off roading.
They definitely did exactly what you asked them not to do. If they try and make you pay for any "repairs", refuse to pay and ask to talk to service manager.
