15-30 minutes for a front only camera. More like 30 if you want to hide the wires behind the rear view mirror shroud and go for an OEM type install. To do a front and rear camera, you should be looking at more like an hour for both.
The glass fuses are sized correctly to protect the camera...like 1 amp fuses. The fuse taps require a far larger size fuse (based on availability and you can't find a 1-2 amp fuse for our taps) then what's truly required. Secondly, if you don't get the polarity of the fuse tap correct, whereby...
They have done this for me twice. Bring in a competitors ad, or show them a website, and they have always matched it dollar for dollar without question.
When I have seen this in the past, Discount Tire would always match, or beat, the MOPAR offer. I would much rather get tires from DT than my dealer any way.
And this truck is supposed to have a range of 500 miles, far greater than Ford. I actually like the design of the new Chevy and RAM. Why does every truck have to look like a conventional pickup truck??? I’d buy the Chevy or RAM over a Ford any day.
