You can't mix and match electronic parts from 2019-2024 with a 2025 model. All the communication protocols are different.

I think the mirror is fine, it shows the symbol to switch to regular but it also shows camera not connected. You have the right digital camera. It is either the camera or the Farka cable.

What are the 2 other plugs dangling down by the mirror? I have the same setup on my 2019 with a 2023 BCM. No issues, what so ever.

You will need a 2023 BCM and a 2023 UC5 Radio Module for it to work.

Check with AlfaOBD or Jscan and connect directly to the blind spot modules. See if they respond.

The SIM card is used if you don't want to pair your phone or don't have one. With a SIM card in the box, it acts as stand alone phone. You will need a SIM card from a provider, and of course pay the service.
