thats the only way to do it, that’s how I did mine too the past 3 times. Found a dealer Within driving distance, showed up, paid, and bounced. Hour or so at the dealer and done.
Yea you’d probably need to get a base spring for the rear to lose that inch. The truck that icon posted looked good to me though, I wouldn’t say it’s level but it definitely doesn’t have that over aggressive raked look like they do stock.
Yea still wouldn’t be 100% clear on the ones with trades. Like my truck for example, 59k sticker with a 5800 dollar dealer discount. Not good right? Less than 10%. Expect I got 1k more on trade vs the other handful I had tried. So for me even though the dealer discount looked low on paper, the...
ahh, makes more sense. But total off MSRP is really irrelevant because so much is dependent on rebates/trim. The only thing you can control is the dealers discount
I think that’s a lot of fluff. 15 is A stretch, most the good deals are in the 12-13 range with 10-11 being the normal ‘decent deal’.
you got a lot of people posting here who dont understand how it works, and a lot of people posting about June deals when there were crazy rebates and people were...
I don’t know the answer, but I imagine you would need a decent spacer. You would need the size difference between the stock wheel backspacing and the maximum backspacing for the lift. Probably somewhere around 1” if I took a wag. 1.25 or 1.5 spacer should do it. IIRC, the 1.5” spacer puts it...
The reason is because they have the aggressive sidewall and look that makes the truck look more aggressive. Until very recently, all terrains just looked so passive on a show truck. Smooth sidewalls and tread patterns that just look wimpy especially on a big wheel
If you are doing the truck for...
The purpose is to look cool, NOT to off-road. Thus the rims. It’s a show truck.
I mean I have the same exact thing on a smaller scale. Big, wide wheels on a ‘low’ profile mud tire that’s worthless for any kind of off-roading. Ask me how many times my truck is going off road in any sort of...
Second one looks good, you could probably squeeze them For 500-1k on the discount but that’s about 11%. While some people seem to have gotten around 15, I wouldn’t say thats normal. 11-13 is more realistic for most.
The rebates should only get better as mentioned as the trucks become “older”.
Wait so they have Memory seating now? Is this part of the package? I don’t want that other fluff but not having memory is the biggest issue I have with my 19
Sounds logical. The rebel is another trim where the 0% could make sense, like it did for you. They don’t often discount them heavily either. It really just Depends on all the factors at play.
The mileage isn’t great on the rebel for sure lol, but you should be able to get closer to 15 once the...
