When I ordered my '21 Limited, I got the truck at invoice plus the 0% and an extra $500 for moving from BMW over to Ram. There were no other incentives when my truck came in back in September, but I was told that I would get them if there were any.
Back in April, my 21' limited was hit at highway speeds and did $18k in damage to my truck. Being a brand new vehicle, I am still armwrestling State Farm for diminished value as I know they will subrogate the at-fault driver - who was in a company owned vehicle. I have been told by two dealers...
I always worked with Brandon, the SA. I felt I was always treated fairly. Doesn't mean I always got what I wanted, but I was a return customer customer for many years. In general, happy customer.
Funny, that's who I bought my truck from right before moving to TX. Prior to my Ram, I drove BMW's all from Kimberly. Who are you working with up there? I worked with Patrick and Dan, although not sure Dan is still there.
I have searched but can't find a preferred vendor list on this site. I will be in the market for new BakFlip once the new truck comes in. Is there a best place to buy?
Is yours FWD? What was your average speed on the highway? I just drove from TX to IL, about 800 miles and the best I could get was 21 driving about 75 MPH average . Mine is FWD.
Do you mind if I ask what kind of deal you got at Huffines? I'm looking to purchase at invoice or below. That's what Mark Dodge is offering me, but I'd rather do business locally if possible.
I would reach out to @RamCares to find out what happened. They may be able to do something for you. I don't think I would take that truck if it were me. Even if they add all the other stuff, you still won't have the HUD. I'd be pretty pissed!
Can anyone recommend a trustworthy soul on the sales team at the Frisco store? I have already talked to Mark Dodge, but want to give these guys a shot before I go out of state.
Thanks,
Brad
Not sure this is what you're looking for, but the image on the left is how it looks with the tailgate down (see yellow box), and the one on the right, that part stays up and provides the hinge to open the gate-like doors.
