I've done.paint and plastidips I've done paint and plastidip a couple times on grilles and it never seems to withstand the abuse from the highway road rash like OEM. If I can swap it out by taking it off, I'd give it a shot.

Does anyone know if it's possible to replace the grille inserts (2 horizontal bars on top and 3 horizontal bars on bottom) with black ones instead of chrome ones? UPDATE: Mopar power boards installed, and I love them! My wife approves as well, really helps her load the kid into the truck. Now to save and move onto the next item...rear sway bar.
