So, I've tried every combination of words and expressions in the search engine trying to find out if anyone has already addressed retrofitting the MFT to a 2019 1500 Series, so apologies all the way around if this has been discussed in full detail and/or has actually been done. If it has, please...
Great!
Thanks very much. This is the kind of information that I'm looking for, that based on practical experience. Now all I need is information referencing the balance of the questions.
Anyone??
So maybe what I should do is ask my questions of Forum members who already have the Tazer, so here goes;
1)for the auto folding-unfolding mirrors, do you still retain the ability to manually control them?
2)one of the features advertised is to be able to enable the various cameras, tailgate...
Just curious-has anybody actually been in touch with the chap at ZAutomotive in the last 2-3 weeks?
I sent him an email through his contact utility on the website, looking for a bit of additional information on the Tazer, that was at least two weeks ago, so when I didn't hear back after a week...
And this new bit of information, about it only being available with the Ram Box finished it for me. I've got the conventional box-oh well, another great idea shot down in flames.
Thanks again everyone for their input.
To all who have been weighing in and providing information and thoughts, Thank You very much for this.
To those who made mention of a tailgate harness, I just went back into my parts quote and I have found a line item for a 'CABLE-TAIL', so this is most likely the one being referred to...
So, I've got all the part numbers for all the components that make up the multifunction tailgate assembly, and I'm looking at ordering them all as soon as the parts order bank opens up, which is scheduled for March 23rd, at least here in Canada.
But, and this is a huge one, I wonder how they're...
No, they don't. I've got an appointment set up with the dealer to see if we can figure out what's going on. I'll keep you posted.
Thanks for your efforts.
SHOOT!!!! I just realized that I posted this in the wrong forum. Apologies all around.
ADMIN: Are you able to move it to the correct forum, or how should I handle this??
So, after putting 10,000Km(approximately 6,300 Miles) on my Longhorn, I just realized that the transfer case control isn't lit. I only discovered this last night when I had to shift the transfer case to a different mode, and actually had to turn one of the overhead console lights on so I could...
This is what I was looking for, a product referral from someone who used an actual product in the fuse box. Just as a follow-up, which fuse cavity did you plug it into?
Thanks very much for your help on this.
Has anyone had occasion to use one of the Add-A-Fuse 'kits' in the under-dash fuse box, and most specifically, without having to modify anything? Just a straight plug 'n play, like they are typically supposed to be.
If so, can you please post the manufacturer, and also a part number.
The...
My '19 Longhorn CC, is the third('15 & '16 prior trucks) 1500 I've had in the last three(3) years. All equipped identically; 5.7, 3:92s, 4-corner air, factory hitch and brake controller(but not the actual tow package simply because I don't like the 'elephant ear' tow mirrors).
I tow a 24' ATC...
I'm completely in agreement with you about BedRug having rushed these into production. The quality of the fit is absolutely terrible, compared to the ones that I had in my Dakota of years gone by, my '15 Longhorn, and my '16 Longhorn, but that's only half the story.
The major issues I have...
