I've tried 4 leaf blowers, 2 hand held - 1 battery, 1 gas and 2 back pack. Hand held left a little to be desired, particularly the DeWalt battery operated. Tried the largest Echo 9010 and found it some what cumbersome and awkward. Currently pleased with an Echo 770.

Hang in there, I know how you feel. I had my motor replaced at 40011 miles and now have 46K+. Did a 3000 mile trip and averaged 20 mpg with 1 tank hitting 24. That restored some confidence and the more miles I put on the better I feel.

I have used clay bars to get the wind shield clean. One of several you tube videos.

Perhaps it is not the rain x fluid but the blending of the 2 washer fluids that create some issue similar to what can happen with different anti freezes. Just a thought.
