Does anyone know if this is louder or quieter than the Borla Touring? I was pretty set on the Touring until I came across this thread and looked it up on YouTube. It sucks that you’re spending so much money based on YouTube videos since they’re so hard to see in the wild.
I know I’ve seen it mentioned in old threads, and I’ve seen the rear digital camera “HOW TO”. But what I’m looking for is the cargo camera like the 2500s.
When I see it mentioned in the old threads it says it can’t be done, but they’re like 2-3 years old. Has anyone dug into this, or attempted...
If you want a really good sound, get a local crackhead to cut out your cat. They did that to one of my work vans and we started it and it sounded like a monster truck. We couldn’t bring it to the job site it had to sit in the lot until we could get it fixed because it was so obnoxious.
When I saw this pic I thought about how wet the inside of my truck would be. Should out to RAM for that custom window frame with the cracks in it for the auto car wash feature.
If I were in your position I’d just get an OEM one, nothing will beat the peace of mind you’ll have when towing. There are a number of sites that you can OEM parts at discounted rates (MOPAR Parts and Accessories - Lowest price guaranteed) or maybe there is a vendor on here I’m not sure. But you...
Switch System
The key component here is Switch-Pro 9100. This is a reliable and high-performance item that I’ve been running since 2017. For more information on this panel, please visit Part 2 of my build journal (insert link here).
I’m not an engineer or mechanic, hell even with all the insight on here it’s still a 50/50 if I’m successful in my endeavors lol.
We may have to start a separate thread to see if we can generate some responses. I’d love a cargo camera, especially when the bed cover is flipped on you can’t see...
Did you ever hear anything back on this? I was trying to add a cargo camera but saw it wasn’t possible, but after stumbling onto this thread I figured I’d see if anyone had any success.
My thoughts too, I’m pretty sure it’s the white making it look purple. You could try a window tint in like 5% or if you wanted to use that film specifically, just put another layer on top of what you have there now.
I did the same thing, I basically went 2.5” from center to center on the link. Glad to hear yours looks similar, I think I’m going to attempt installing an exhaust next lol. I installed one on my old Durango so hopefully it’s similar
Just wanted to thank @E.Hands @jmill012 & eberyone else that helped me get these squared away. I measured both front links at 2.5” and took 2 laps around the block. Now both are sitting at 23” & the rears are about 23 1/8 but I don’t have the energy to worry about 1/8”.
One thing I did notice...
