Does anyone or can anyone confirm the actual dimensions of the front struts and rear springs? A lot of people have the ORP but many don't know is there an actual box that needs to be checked on the build sheet for the package to include the suspension upgrade. Just having the "Off-Road Package"...
If you plan on running factory wheels you're gonna have to sacrifice tire size. if you run a 20x9 0 or +18 Offset wheel with 35x12.50 you will be right as rain. Anything negative you'll have to run a smaller diameter tire.
Of course! I’ve gone through three wheel and tire packages.
So, I’ve had 20x10 -18 Offset with 305/55r20 Nitto Ridgegrapplers, 20x9 0 Offsett with 305/55r20 Nitto Ridgegrapplers and most recent 20x9 0 Offsett with 35/12.50r20 Nitto Ridgegrapplers
I would not worry, I would still highly recommend talking to your dealership about it if you have any concerns. I stated to another member that under the Magnuson-Moss Act, a dealer must prove, not just vocalize, that aftermarket equipment caused the need for repairs before it can deny warranty...
I agree, opening up your system not only voids your warranty but may cause other problems. With more and more Air equip trucks on the road this is definitely something that needs to be looked at.
Agitated, Thank you for your input. This is something that we are addressing. I've mentioned before that we have developed a non-bonded maintenance free shelled bushing that will extend the life of the arms. We utilize this style of bushing in many of our other arms. Design, engineering, testing...
Hey Roddog2220, I really don’t. I have not heard of this, or not as severe as you experienced. The only thing I can think is simple aerodynamics. FCA put a lot of engineering in the aerodynamics and the effects on the mpg. So that’s the only thing i can think.
I didn’t really notice any...
The only thing that will happen will be an annoying warning message and tpms light that comes on.
I’m in a similar position and have been drive without sensors for about 6000 miles with zero issues. Just a bit annoying.
So, the reason ReadyLIFT does both is because when you add a top strut spacer you’re essentially making the strut longer. Since the strut is the limiting factor on your suspension if you made the top spacer too tall you would over extend the brake lines, abs wires, create cv angle issues, and...
Unfortunately, you won’t find that. With the amount of drop on the front diff required for that size lift it is necessary to cut/trim. The way the rear crossmember is designed on the Rams is really more of a trim. It’s a matter of in bolting the crossmember and trimming the ears off the driver...
I won’t be keeping either lol. The chromies were for a WheelPros photo shoot and the SOTAs will be going away once I get a chance to install the 7” kit.
Love the Rebel btw!! Wish I could’ve gone that way. On a Development standpoint the standard plateform made more sense.
So, I hope to updates more as I have the chance to build the truck more. Here are a few photos of the different Iterations and Configurations of my truck.
