Does anyone know if there is a 6" kit out there that doesn't require you to cut into the frame?

Unfortunately, you won’t find that. With the amount of drop on the front diff required for that size lift it is necessary to cut/trim. The way the rear crossmember is designed on the Rams is really more of a trim. It’s a matter of in bolting the crossmember and trimming the ears off the driver side rear lower control arm pocket.
