I have the 8.4” no update but with a set up profile and I ran into this a few times about a month ago. Would set them, next time I drove all gone or not in same order as we set them. Weirdly it hasn’t happened again. 🤷‍♂️

The same thing happened to me. I built the truck and selected the option for the side steps. They never showed up on the window sticker or truck and as I can add those easily aftermarket I took delivery and the truck. In the end it’s your decision on how much you need and want the boxes

I haven’t personally seen a built to serve edition without the flags…. but Not everything’s freaking political. People are free to choose to do whatever they want with their truck. It’s a well optioned truck maybe they didn’t like the decal 🤷‍♂️
