I just can't seem to grasp why page 42 has that wording. Before I humble myself and kick my own butt I need to ask you a couple of things. Are you in Canada or the States? Please show me a picture with Auto Door Locks unchecked. @firecadet613 as I'm sure you're monitoring this it seems you would...
Did you get up to the speed that locks the doors and continue at this speed or above when you pulled on the interior door handle. If it opened then I apologize, on my 2016 it could not open the door.
What has Auto Lock programming got to do with Auto Unlock? I thought you were outside checking on the Auto Lock Programming. Auto Unlock is simply for when you come to your destination and put it in Park.
Try pulling on your interior door handle while the vehicle is in Drive and you're driving at speed. It WILL NOT open! Verify this and then please comeback and repost. Although I don't have a 2019 yet I did have a 2016 Charger Scat Pack and verified that neither U Connect nor pulling on an...
You own a 2019, how hard would it be for you to verify and then explain the necessity of page 42 in the Owners Manual. Then be fair enough to come back and post your findings, honestly.
For those of you driving 2019 Rams who don't like the idea of having no control over the AutoDoorLock feature, it can be defeated. Your Service Department is required to disable this feature upon your request. This way you decide if the doors need to be locked while driving. If they refuse...
I was with you until the comment about the 22's. I presently own a 2016 Ram Sport Reg Cab that came standard with 22" polished aluminum wheels and the 3.92 rear. I'm not a young fella and I don't wear white sunglasses. But of course you were only talking about the ones that drive F150s. lol
There is a plus side for those of us waiting on our ordered trucks. Most of the issues beginning to surface will be addressed at the factory level while dealership service departments are getting hands on training on the ones out there now. This will make things somewhat easier for them/us...
You can't imagine how much Googlling I did on that one! Even my dealer was unfamiliar with it as it appears to be an internal code FCA uses. I have that and D1-To-D Regress on my build sheets and even though its self explanatory you ask yourself why was it necessary? And they wonder why they get...
As you already know from listening to me whine about wheres my truck a thought came to mind that as my truck is built but stuck in I status I do have the Build Sheets. So the part about RELEASE made some sense of this. But when I just checked my build sheets (and as you know about the only thing...
Have you tried the Canadian build and price site to see if it shows up there as part of Level 1 or 2? It doesn't on the US site. I noticed the Sport Model up there had some deviations in appearance from the US models.
I'm sure you already know that the dampened tailgate is standard across the board now. As for the remote part its available from the Laramie Quad Cab w/ Level 1 on up the ranks. What I'm surprised you didn't pickup (pardon the pun) on was the starting price of $58,595 for a Quad Cab 4x4 (this is...
What are your thoughts on the 5.7 Non E-torque being dropped after 2019 now that pretty much everyone is getting on the Stop/Start bandwagon? For those of us that just can't seem to embrace Stop/Start is there a chance FCA will keep this motor without the E-torque?
Just a note for those of you that may not be familiar with this. You can get hard copies of your Owners Manual, User Guide (this may come with the vehicle as a hard copy or dvd)/ U Connect Manual and Warranty/Tire guides by calling Ram Cares. You must have taken ownership from the dealer before...
