"For me, I'd probably forgo the eTorque, panoramic sunroof, and multi function tailgate."
I agree but I think E-Torque is standard for 2020 Limited trim and finding one without Pano is pretty much impossible.
Just got a letter from them for $60 for 6 months. Basically pay them equivalent of what I pay for Netflix or Showtime just to be able to start my truck or send it an address from my phone. If they added Sirius XM and ability to use it on my cell phone over wifi all for $10 I might go for it.
They don't include the license plate holder and that probably adds half an inch. Also hinges on the garage door take away about half an inch. It won't fit.
1) 12" Uconnect auto dimming when lights turn on is much too dark. Can barely see anything on it when it's dusk and not quite dark outside.
2) Steering wheel heater is uneven and some spots are cold where the rest of the steering wheel is hot. Also it's either hot or cold and sometimes it's...
Tundra is bought because of perceived reliability. Loaded Tundra is in the low $50s compared to the upper $60s for the big 3 So that is a factor as well. Lots of first time buyers don't really know what they are looking for in a full size truck so that also plays a role. Having said that, Tundra...
Upcoming 2022 Volvo XC90 will have built-in Android Auto. Always on without having to plug in your phone with almost perfect conversational voice recognition. Having said that I just finished a road trip using exclusively 12" Uconnect Nav. It worked perfectly with real-time traffic and almost...
Air ride in the Ram is phenomenal however I doubt it's a game changer. All new pick ups are extremely comfortable. Even the 15 year old (design-wise) Tundra is a comfy highway cruiser. I would know since that's what I switched from to the Ram.
I would most likely pick the F-150 for the...
It was hit or miss when it worked. Last time I tried remote start it never started my vehicle and didn't notify me of any errors. Might as well use the keyfob. I actually used the send & go feature more than the remote start but it works fine with just telling it the address once you're inside...
Since I bought my MX4, two more of my friends bought the MX4. It looks great, doesn't flap in the wind and unlike the G2, you can close it with the tailgate up. Once you install the rails (about half an hour or 5 minutes if you do it often) It takes about 30 seconds to remove it and about 60 to...
I have 3.92 and got it cause 3.21 felt lethargic to me. However I have a lead foot and average in 14s with mixed driving including short highway driving in 70s-80s. Some of that is due to having 22" rims and fully loaded (heavy) limited though. On long highway trips in 70s I get 18-19mpg.
Mine did it in both sloped driveway and hard shadow. When you have a combination of both it's pretty much guaranteed to go off. Also driving into my garage and out of it the constant beeping was very distracting. For that reason both front and rear sensors are usually off.
This recall is for what mine has. Once every couple of months or so as I'm backing out of my garage then put it in drive and go, the backup camera will stay on with no way to turn it off. I can switch between the camera views but pressing the X in upper right corner does absolutely nothing. It...
HK sounds great with very little distortion, however it's too bass heavy. It's as if it has permanent loudness button enabled. I always had the bass cranked up in my previous radios even with aftermarket systems having a subwoofer, but in this one bass is set at zero and sometimes I think it's a...
I have Limited with 1300+ pounds payload rating. I carried wood pellets in it. 1000 pounds each, a bunch of times so far. It drives pretty much normal. I probably could carry a ton in it for short trips but air suspension is giving me a pause.
I think you also get rear USB ports, LED head lights and tail lights, heated steering wheel etc. IE things you don't immediately notice at first but appreciate later. I remember when I first looked at RAM and the Big Horn I was really turned off. My base 4.6L Tundra had rear 12V port and...
