I believe the RHO was supposed to be Q3 but it's now it looking like Q4 as you mentioned. Word on the street is that they'll be closing the factory for a 2 week retooling for the new trucks in July. We should see a jump in higher trim trucks late July/early August.

I prefer a water to air over a air to air, they take up less space. You would want 2 different cooling system. It's nothing new. The hellcat power plant uses this method, you can even divert your a/c refrigerant to cooling it down heat extractor for some insanely low IATs. This is a good setup. Just upgrade the heat exchanger if you're worried about temps OR...
