It looks like that in the photos because the seal was off on that side when I opened the box. I had to put the seal back on. But yes, it does seal all the way around.
Honestly I don't know at this time. With the lift and the exhaust in the last week, I'm not willing to fork out much more money into it till about a month or so. But I haven't even started looking. Does anyone know if Mopar makes a kit for this truck? I would like to keep it within Mopar when I...
Yes. its pretty quiet as it is unless you get on it. But vs stock when you get on it... There is a BIG difference. I can only imagine how it will sound when I get some exhaust.
Install done! Took about 45mins to an hour. I took it on a quick test drive and I can say I feel the difference immediately! Also sounds great! My next step is exhaust. Once that's done I'm sure I will be ever more pleassed!
My dealer was going to charge me 600 for the install. I ended up doing the install myself. I got the lift off of eBay for 900. So yes that does seem extreme. I was told it was a 4 hour job. If you have another dealer in town, I would give them a ring and compare. Also not a hard job to do...
Got my lift done over the weekend. 2 inch mopar lift with the ORP springs. Within 1/2 inch of level. Loving it!! Thanks to all for answering my questions in the beginning.
Do you have a part number already? I can post a part number once I get back to the house later if anyone needs it. I know my dealer had to do some searching to find it.
$925.00 plus tax. $1001.31 total. I would say a little pricey. But honestly I think it's worth it. When you see the quality of the intake. Let's hope for a good gain in preformance!
Just picked up. Will install a little later or tomorrow and post more pics. I can confirm that they are shipping. I barely ordered mine last week. Even my parts guy was surprised since they say backordered. If you are looking at getting one, I would say just order it and you might be surprised.
For everyone doubting TheRebelPanda, I got a call on Friday saying mine was ready to be picked up. I will be picking it up Monday. Will post photos soon.
I'm looking to do this exact setup. Actually already purchased everything just haven't done the install. I keep debating in my head if I want to install the ORP springs or not... I am worried that either the front will be too stiff or it will be nose high. Can you post pics of yours? Also...
Ok so i'm not crazy. lol. Also the "P" bolt is M8 vs the "U" nut is M10 so they clearly don't match up. So this step should call out nut "O".
Hope my install goes smoothly. I will being doing it by myself so. fingers crossed. lol
Awesome. I am about to do the install myself but while looking over the I instructions and going through the parts I noticed a discrepancy. If you look at the photos I attached in step 61 it calls out the nut labeled as "U" well that nut is also called out in step 62. This nut not only doesn't...
