Sounds like rubber bushing squeaking. It could be control arm bushings, lower shock mount bushings or sway bar to frame mount bushings. Get underneath and have someone jounce the front end up and down and listen. I'm betting sway bar bushings because I have those start squeaking on me on...

I checked torque on the upper strut nuts and they were where they needed to be also. Sigh... still wondering if this is just "normal" for this truck.
