No, it is limited on what options it can do but it can do a good bit and has come a long way just from 4 months ago but it doesn’t have everything. Just depends on what you are all looking to do.

I think pretty much any Android device would work from what I understand as long as it has Google Play Store. I bought a SM-T800 and it works perfect for all I need to do and was only $50 or so from eBay it’s great I actually ended up using it for a lot other stuff as well.

It depends how long have you waited and what you changed. Sometimes it takes a couple of power cycles to work.
